Worship
We were created to live spirit to Spirit with God. We must often choose for our Spirit to take preeminence over our souls and body.
In worship, we command our bodies to service by raising our hands, bowing, and dancing. The body is not in charge. We don't worship as we feel "led" by our bodies. Our spirits lead our bodies in worship. "Bless the Lord, Oh my soul! (Ps 103:1)", is a command from David's spirit to his soul.
By consciously choosing to operate first as spirit beings and submitting our will and flesh to God, He can meet and fashion us in dynamic ways.
The Word
The Word of God is always central to who we are and how we function as a church. God's word is vital because it leads us to salvation, guides our steps, directs us to wisdom and brings joys and peace.

Family
LFC is blessed with many strong families in the natural sense but our desire to be a strong spiritual family goes deep with many LFCers being rooted for well over a decade. And we are always excited to add new members to our family!
